A.C.F.F. in Haiti
Member’s of the ACFF community elected to focus on Haiti for its 2021 donation. Some of our participants are of the Haitian diaspora and we were saddened by the experiences their family members encounter on a daily basis given the harsh socio-economic climate there. As an organization we felt sending school supplies wasn’t enough. We therefore ask for essential donations in the form of non-perishable food, clothing and of course educational supplies. This marked the turn of the tide as we move from a schooling based focus to now assisting with those items essential for daily living.
School Supplies to Barbados
We partnered with the Prison Fellowship in Barbados to help us identify a community in need and to help with the distribution of education/schooling supplies. With their help we were able to successfully deliver a large supply to children.
Giving Back To Jamaica
The initiative that started it all. Our first charity venture to a small community in the parish of St. Anns Jamaica. School supplies gathered from the donation proceeds of the first Caribbean Sports day saw children in the community being equipped with note books, pens, pencils, erasers, crayons, notepads, rulers, book bags, pencil case holders, and lunch carriers among others.
