About US

American Caribbean Future Foundation (ACFF) is a humanitarian  organization that seeks to be stewards of communities in need, both in the US and the Caribbean. We work to achieve this through  the provision of essential items such as food and clothing. At the core of our mission is a deep sense of responsibility to future generations and therefore, garnering schooling/educational supplies is a heavy focus. Our success since inception has been largely attributed to the combined efforts of contributors here in the US and from the Caribbean diaspora. Together it is our hope that we can impact the lives of individuals and create change for better, for needed sustenance, and for growth.

Our History

Long time close friends Kevin McFarlane (president) and Jmeil Mottley (vice president) decided to organize a sports day event in 2019. At the time, Kevin was planning a memorial for his late mother. She was a stalwart in her community and this inspired Kevin to do something meaningful to commemorate her life by giving back to the community. With Jmeil being a dependable and undoubtedly supportive friend, the two decided to continue with the Sports Day event and ask all who got the invite or heard of the event to take with them schooling/educational supplies to the Sports Day event to give to the community in Jamaica where Kevin’s mother resided. The calling cry was heard and answered throughout the Caribbean diaspora and its allies. On the day of the event, schooling and educational supplies were donated in abundance! What was to be a simple gathering of friends for a fun event filled day birthed a legacy of stewardship that is now ACFF.
